Dietary fibers for CoViD19 treatment

Dietary fibers for immunity builder and anti-inflammatory in the respiratory system can be useful for CoViD19 patient
What are dietary fibers?
Food materials which are digested by microflora lie in the gut are dietary fibers.
These are
  • gums and pectins
  • celluloses
  • hemicelluloses
  • lignin resistant dextrins  and  starches
  • β glucans
  • pectins
  • mucilages
  • Sources of dietary fibers {Refer:1 (Watzl et  al., 2005)}
Fruits
  • oats
  • barley
  • beans
  • Vegetables
                                 {Refer:2,3 (Nurmatov et  al., 2011; Boeing et  al., 2012)}
Benefits
  • The immunity level can be enhanced after specific soluble fibers.
  • In research work it was tested in an animal that low dietary fibers cause inflammation in relation to AHR (airway hyperactivity) reveals that certain soluble fibers enhance immunity in humans.    {Refer:4 (Trompette et al., 2014)}
Suggestions:
 The food intake by CoViD patients can be more useful if it contains dietary fibers.
