These are useful for the treatment of 
  • antiasthmatic and antianaphylactic response by aqueous extract of bark
  • colds
  • cough
  • asthma
  • bronchitis

Results of  Albizia lebbeck on clinical work

Clinical application of Albizia lebbeck bark decoction was given/applied to 81 bronchial asthma patients
results in the recovery outcomes.

85 patients of  bronchial asthma
In such recovery, 85 patients got relief of 
  • symptomatic with the improvement of pulmonary function.
  • there was an improvement in the treatment of peak expiratory flow rate abbreviated as PEFR, ESR and also total eosinophil count with asthma.
  •  asthma in the duration of about 6 months with more than 50% of patients recovery.
 35 patients of tropical pulmonary eosinophilia

Another study observed regarding Albizia lebbeck on round about 35 patients
showed that more than 80% of patients were recovered from the tropical pulmonary eosinophilia.
